My Student Card

Falmouth University Students
New cards are collected from the Student Administration team :

  • Falmouth Campus: Tannachie, opposite reception.
  • Penryn Campus: SPA office, Tremough House.
Student Administration is open 10am-4pm Mon-Fri during term time and 10am-2pm outside of term time.


University of Exeter Students
If you make your payment before 12 noon, you will be able to collect your card between 9am and 5pm from the Info Point in the Peter Lanyon Building on the following working day.
If you make your payment after 12 noon you will be able to collect your card between 1pm and 5pm on the following working day.

Please note: you must show another form of identification (bank card, driving licence or passport) to the Info Point staff when you go to collect your new card.
If you need a replacement card immediately, please come in person to the Info Point in the Peter Lanyon Building reception between 9am and 5pm.

Falmouth University Students

Lost or damaged ID cards can be replaced at a cost of £10 and can be purchased in one of two ways:

Paying Online

If you purchase a replacement card online you will receive an email when the card is ready to collect (usually the same day during office hours).

Paying at The Finance Office

If paying over the counter at the Finance Office you will need to take your receipt to the Student Administration Team (see below) who will produce the card while you wait.

New cards are collected from the Student Administration team - Falmouth campus (Tannachie, opposite reception) or Penryn campus (SPA office, Tremough House).

If your card has been stolen and you have reported it to the police you can use your crime reference number to obtain anew card at no charge.

If your card has stopped working and shows no sign of damage or mistreatment there is no charge.

University of Exeter

Replacement Unicards cost £10 and can be purchased from the University of Exeter online store at: http://store.exeter.ac.uk/browse/product.asp?compid=1&modid=1&catid=145

Please make sure that you choose the option Replacement Student Unicard - Penryn Campus when placing your order.

If you make your payment before 12 noon, you will be able to collect your card between 9am and 5pm from the Info Point in the Peter Lanyon Building on the following working day.

If your UniCard has been stolen, please report the stolen card to the Police and note your Crime Reference Number. You can then get your card replaced for free
