On The My timetable Page, below where you logged in – click the “export” button From the drop down subscribe options it gives you choices to export to ical, gmail or outlook, choose one of these options whichever version you use. When the “Export Timetable” box appears with 3 options – it automatically ticks the “deduplicate equal activities option” – UNTICK this so nothing is ticked and press “Export” Follow the instructions – allowing you to export it to your chosen option and choose “allow” If you are using outlook – if you go to your calendar – you will see this has been added at the bottom of the list on the left hand side e.g. Falmouth university Personal timetable Your timetable runs along -side your personal calendar so you can still use your calendar for personal entries.

Please click on this link to check you are following the instructions correctly. If you are still experiencing problems please contact service desk (servicedesk@fxplus.ac.uk)

Please contact your tutor as soon as you can or the timetabling team (studentimetabling@fxlus.ac.uk) so they can investigate whether it is possible to allocate you to an alternative group.

On the right hand side of your screen you should see your name only with a tick beside it. This means you have only selected to view your own personal timetable. You can also view a programme’s timetable, we advise you don’t add any additional timetables as it can lead to confusion. If you are seeing an additional course timetable, you can just untick this and it will be removed from your display.

Each student receives an individual timetable. Depending on what group you have been allocated to by your tutor, this will be displayed via My Timetable. If you have any queries regarding the group you have been allocated to please raise this with your course coordinator.

Please contact studentimetabling@fxplus.ac.uk or speak with your tutor as soon as you notice your timetable is looking incorrect.
