Your DSA Letter of Entitlement will tell you what Assistive Technology and other Specialist Support they will pay for from the Disabled Students’ Allowance. There will be contact details for your equipment supplier in this letter. You may need to send a copy of this letter to the equipment supplier.

The Falmouth University software training course follow a set structure.

For help with your own projects, you can book yourself into one of the Troubleshooting sessions which allow you 20 minutes with a software trainer where you can discuss your issues and work on specific problems.

If you are enrolled on an ACA (Adobe Accredited) course, you will receive a certificate on successful completion of the exam. If you attend a Bitesize session your attendance will be recorded on your employability record on the Career Hub.

Certiport is the online exam provider for the ACA (Adobe Accredited) software qualifications. You will need to set up an account ( before you can take a practice test or final exam.
