Your DSA Letter of Entitlement will tell you what Assistive Technology and other Specialist Support they will pay for from the Disabled Students’ Allowance. There will be contact details for your equipment supplier in this letter. You may need to send a copy of this letter to the equipment supplier.

Software training is available for Falmouth University students.

The costs of our courses are already covered by your tuition fees that you pay to Falmouth University, however there is a small exam/booking fee for our courses which we make sure that we keep to an absolute minimum. Generally these are £45 for ACA courses and only £3.50 for our bitesize courses. All of our courses that are part of the WoW workshops (Wednesday Open Workshops) are completely free and without booking fees!

Absolutely! We offer surgery sessions where you can work 1-to-1 with one of our expert trainers. We can help you through any specific, software based issues you may face and these sessions are free of charge! To visit our Surgeries page and book a session click here! This is available to all staff and students at Falmouth.

If you complete one of our ACA or MOS courses then you will receive a digital certificate & Badge upon successful completion of your exam. Attendance of a Bitesize course will be recorded in your employability record on Career Hub.
