To support your academic and study needs, IT Services runs a popular Laptop Clinic service to help you solve problems with your personal computer.

Booking for laptop clinics is essential and can be made via the IT Service Desk (email servicedesk@fxplus.ac.uk or call 01326 213822).

Once a booking is made, you will be required to read and agree to the terms and conditions and sign the agreement form. This will be given to you either when the booking is made or at the time of your appointment.

Penryn Campus Clinics are held every evening in the IT Support Office, Level 1, The Daphne du Maurier Building between 5pm - 9pm and at weekends between 10am - 6pm. Falmouth Campus Clinics are held every Wednesday afternoon in the IT Office, Fox 2 IT Suite, The Alan Livingston Building.
