Falmouth University


Students need to have an appointment with either an FXU adviser or a member of the Student Funding Team, in the Autumn Term of their 1st year. 


University of Exeter


For emergency short-term financial support please contact Student Services by email to studentservices@fxplus.ac.uk or visit The Compass and we will help you to explore what options are available.



Falmouth University


Yes, you can still start your course, but please notify us by emailing student.fees@falmouth.ac.uk  we will put your payments on hold, until your loans are approved.


Please note, if for any reason you do not secure funding, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding tuition fees or accommodation charges in accordance with your attendance.


University Of Exeter

Falmouth University


Please log into your Student Finance England account to check that your loan has been fully approved and that your signed declaration has been received.  Also check that the bank details you submitted are correct.


You must have enrolled with Falmouth University, in order for us to confirm your attendance to release your loan. For queries about enrolment contact 044 (0) 1326 255802.

"If this is the case please provide evidence of your student finance application by attaching a copy or screenshot to sid@exeter.ac.uk. Please include your customer reference number or student support number. We can then review this.

If you are unable to provide this please speak directly to Student Finance England, Wales & N.I. and SAAS. They will be able to provide more information and reasons for any delay in funding.

Falmouth University Students


Providing your loan has been fully approved, you should receive the payments of your maintenance loan in 3 instalments for each academic year.
The payments will be made on the first day of the academic year and on return from the Christmas and Easter vacations.


In order to receive the payments, you must first complete the enrolment process with Falmouth University at the start of the academic year. The Student Administration department will forward you an invitation to enrol, once you have completed the process, we will confirm your attendance to Student Finance who will then release your loan payment.


University Of Exeter


You must be enrolled with University of Exeter before you receive paymnets of your maintenance loan. These usually come in 3 instalments for each academic year at the start of each term.
